Dashboard CITY
The IVU Dashboard is part of the CITY-FOCUS project, funded through Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan. It is a comparative
analytical instrument - not a ranking system, not a performance verdict on any city - but a structured framework for understanding urban
vulnerability across territory and time, built on harmonised Eurostat data published through Power BI.
